Vibrational Sound Healing

"Trauma is stuck and undigested emotions and experiences that we weren't able to process in the moment

With sound we can gently break up these areas of stuckness and give the body the chance to do what it does best: integrate and come back into balance"

About

During these sessions, I use tuning forks in a slow and intentional way, gently moving through the energy field as though “combing” it. As I do this, I notice where the energy feels blocked or heavy.

The vibration of the tuning forks then works softly to ease these places of stagnation, inviting your system to re-integrate and return to its own natural sense of balance.

I work intuitively and with empathy, and at times I might sense something arising in the field. Sometimes I'll share that with you, and we can explore it together if you want to—or simply allow it to be held without discussion.

On the other hand there may be sessions (or moments throughout the session) where the sound of the tuning forks is the only thing present, and you might find yourself drifting, resting, or even falling asleep. All of this is welcome.

There is no right or wrong way for these sessions to unfold. Your mind, body and soul knows what it needs, and it will naturally guide the process in its own gentle way.

Some further information

Can the sessions be done online?

I’m a big believer in the power of in-person sessions. In a world where genuine connection can feel scarce, there is something deeply meaningful about two humans sharing the same physical space.

At the same time, I know that life can be busy and complicated. One of the beautiful things about energy-based healing is that it works just as effectively from a distance. So if online sessions are what’s most accessible or supportive for you, that is absolutely welcome.

What does a session look like?

Ideally, I invite you to turn your attention inward during the session, staying close to your body and whatever you’re experiencing in the moment.

For some people, this means lying or sitting somewhere quiet—you may even drift off or enter a softer, altered state as the vibrations of the forks move through you. For others, staying present might look like going for a walk with headphones on and simply listening to the sound of the forks.

There’s no right way to do this. What matters most is creating the conditions that help you feel present, supported, and comfortable—whatever that looks like for you.

Are there side effects?

Sound healing can be deeply impactful—often more than we realise—so it’s completely normal for different sensations or emotions to arise afterward.

These may show up physically, emotionally, or mentally. This is simply your system gently realigning itself, releasing what’s ready to move, and bringing your awareness to places that may need a little more attention.

After a session, it can be helpful to offer yourself extra care: warm salt baths, plenty of water, and a slower pace if that feels right. Most of all, try to listen to your body. If it wants movement, allow that movement. If it longs for rest or stillness, give yourself permission to follow that. Your body, mind and soul knows how to guide you, and your job is simply to meet it with kindness.
